TaBlanket Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your TaBlanket product(s). If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.

 

 

🔄 Returns

  • We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • In its original condition — unused, unwashed, and free from damage.

    • In the original packaging with all accessories and components included.

 

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Items purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable at checkout.

  • Custom, personalized, or private-label products.

 

 

📋 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@tablanketshop.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

 

 

💵 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

 

🔄 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

 

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@tablanketshop.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the damage or issue, and we will work to resolve it promptly — either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
